2.Artist Proposal: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, the artist prepares a proposal outlining their approach to the commission. 3.Agreement and Payment: Once the proposal is accepted, the client and artist enter into a formal agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the commission. The client is required to make an initial payment of 50% to secure the commission, with the remaining 50% due before delivery of the artwork

6.Final Payment & delivery : Upon delivery, the client makes the final payment as per the agreed-upon terms.
Once the artwork is complete and approved by the client, final arrangements are made for delivery.
The artist ensures the artwork is properly packaged and transported to its destination, taking care to protect it from damage during transit.
