Humans are intricately layered, a construct shaped not only by our immediate experiences but by the echoes of ancient memories buried deep within our unconscious.

Often, we feel emotions, urges, or reactions we cannot explain, as though they originate from a place beyond our own lifetime.

These sensations, while mysterious, hint at the profound truth that the greatest mystery we face is not the world around us—it is ourselves.

We carry within us the imprints of our ancestors, like a silent inheritance woven into the fabric of our being.

These memories, subtle yet powerful, can act as unseen triggers, influencing our actions and decisions without our conscious awareness.

Life continually presents us with scenarios that seem new, unique, or unfamiliar, but beneath the surface, these moments often awaken something deeply ingrained in us.

We find ourselves responding in ways that are strikingly familiar, repeating patterns that stretch back through generations.

What is fascinating is that these hidden memories, these ancient imprints, are often the ones in need of healing.

Life, with its ever-changing landscapes, brings us the opportunity to confront and understand them.

While each experience seems different on the surface, the underlying thread remains the same, guiding us toward a deeper understanding of the self—a mystery longing to be unraveled, understood, and ultimately transformed.

Each painting that I create is a unique dance with a variety of materials, unique to each work. I often refer back to traditional painting methods when priming the surface and preparing the paints. One of my preferred mediums is egg tempera, which i prepare myself from scratch in the same way that the renaissance masters would have done. I always use oils and inks in my work. The quality of these mediums enables me to build up subtle and rich layers, from which my poetic images appear.
